The aim of this course, Technical Report Writing (CSSD 106), is to introduce students to the fundamental principles and applications of technical report writing and the basic elements of writing their final-year project report. The reason is that technical documents are precise, concise, organized, and based on complex information in a particular field. It therefore requires students to practice the art and science of report writing as they grasp the meaning and significance of its interrelated components.
