Course Description
This course introduces students to the principles and practices of academic research in computing and related fields. It covers research problem identification, literature review, research design, data collection and analysis, ethical considerations, and scholarly writing. Students will also learn computer science research methods, including system analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation. The course culminates in the development and presentation of a research proposal.
